Investors in People Post Recognition Review

We are pleased to announce that the Company has been successfully reassessed against the IIP standard and has retained its accreditation for a further three years.

The Audit was carried out on 3rd February and involved an extensive series of interviews between a broad selection of staff and the IIP Assessor, Fred Ayres. Following the day long exercise, the results were reviewed with the directors.

Fred reported a general feeling of optimism within the company and was particularly positive about the recent programme we have started involving eight key members of staff training to gain NVQ Level 2.

He was able to confirm our success in meeting the IIP standard without hesitation, which is a great credit to all sections of Blackburns.
